It is undeniable that every human being on Earth, have at least one bad habit. For example, finger biting, snoring, and also rang the knuckles. It seems trivial, but these habits can affect the health of the body and must be stopped.
Perhaps you have noticed the negative impact of bad habits to health, but find it difficult to stop arguing ‘got used’. However, a psychologist from Englewood, New Jersey, Patricia A. Farrell, PhD, said any bad habits can be stopped.

The first way to stop the bad habit is to know when and why you usually do it. According to a psychiatrist in New York City, Susan Jaffe, MD, realized the reason why you are biting the finger or do other bad habits, can help stop these activities.
“If you can be aware of when and under what circumstances you are doing a bad habit, then you might be able to find out what the reason is and be able to kick the habit,” said Susan.
2. Make a note of bad habits
The next easy step is to record how often and under what circumstances you are doing these bad habits.
“Record,” a psychologist at a clinic in New York City, Janet L. Wolfe, PhD.
Janet added to make a note of how often you do a bad habit, it can be a source of data to analyze the cause of the occurrence of the activity.
